Amy Dallon is a member of New Wave.

Background:

Amy was adopted by Carol and Mark Dallon when she toddler after being taken from her father, Marquis, at the time of his arrest. The couple adopted her to keep her safe from the media and those who would exploit her due to her high chance of manifesting powers. She does not know or remember who her father was and doesn't wish to, out of fear that she would forever compare herself to him.

Appearance:

Amy wears a white hooded robe with a red cross on the front and rear, and a scarf covering the lower half of her face. Underneath, she is mousy, with brown frizzy hair and freckles.

Abilities and Powers:

Amy has the ability to completely reshape or redefine the biology of any living individual she touches though she primarily uses it for healing. She has demonstrated the ability to render a person's body parts numb and has threatened to give Skitter time delayed obesity or to make everything she eats taste like bile for the remainder of her life.

Although Amy is capable of "healing" brains, she has a firm rule against it because she fears she may get something wrong.

  • A panacea is defined as 'a solution or remedy for all difficulties or diseases.'
  • Amy and Victoria were considered early on as protagonists for a story called 'Guts and Glory'. The story would have alternated between each perspective on a chapter by chapter basis and covered many of the same events that have already occurred.
