Leonid is a member of the Las Vegas Protectorate.

Appearance:

Leonid is a lean, twenty-something man with golden hair and a mask with a lion motif. He wears a black, skintight, sleeveless, bodysuit, loose-fitting pants, complex-looking gauntlets and boots.

Abilities and Powers:
