Regent is son of Niko Vasil i.e. Heartbreaker, a major supervillain in Montreal, who escaped his father, changed his name and tactics, and joined the Undersiders.

Appearance:
Regent is sixteen year old kid, pretty, with black curls and light blue eyes. As Regent, he wears a white mask, a silver coronet, a ruffled white shirt, and skintight leggings tucked into knee-high boots. The mask and shirt contain padding designed to camouflage the lines of his body.
Abilities and Powers:
Regent's power allows him to manipulate the bodies of other people, ranging from forcing them to trip or stumble to controlling other people's bodies as if they were puppets. He mainly uses his power to trip his opponents during battle before finishing them off with the taser inside his scepter.
