Victor is a member of Empire Eighty-Eight.

Appearance:

Victor wears a black-painted breastplate with a v-neck, a blood red shirt and black slacks. Since his identity was revealed, he’s decided not to wear a mask.

Abilities and Powers:

Victor is an ability thief, able to gain the skills of anyone he spends time in the presence of. He has used his power to become a veteran martial artist, a computer hacker, and various other things.
