Crane the Harmonious

A thin woman with short, swooping, platinum blonde hair that is "feathered" at the edges. She sports pointed features and a placid expression. She is said to move as though she has twice the number of joints and limbs like "spaghetti noodles".

Her powers are undefined but probably have something to do with her ability to gather young capes and raise them as her soldiers. Upon her arrest and incarceration to the Birdcage, her "minions" joined the PRT.

She was later released to battle Scion and it is believed she died in the fight.
