Chuckles is a supervillian.

Appearance:

Chuckles is described as a tall, pear shaped, and fat clown.

Abilities and Powers:

Chuckles has super speed powers, but with a twist. He has super speed in the head and legs, and super strength in the chest and arms. Unfortunately his powers had the nasty side effect of causing him to perceive the world in perpetual slow motion, leaving him unable to communicate. He has only managed to teach himself to make a sound that is similar to laughter, hence the name. This eventually caused him to lose his mind. His post-modification self also has arms that zig-zagged, consisting of more elbow than arm that trail behind him like ribbons.

Trivia:

Appears as an antagonist in an early story draft by Wildbow set in the worm universe, the minor character "Circus" aka Melanie Fitts was the pov protagonist.
