Equipment:
Containment foam is the PRT's most common non-lethal response to threats is containment foam. It sprays as a liquid, then expands into a foam, the foam is flexible and porous, allowing people to breath while fully entrenched in it, and it's extremely sticky. It's impact resistant, so heavy hitters can be contained or you could save falling individuals.
PRT officers are usually equipped with tinker-made containment foam applicators, they're mounted on the backs of the PRT officers, with spray applicators.
The PRT, in response to large threats, has large vans with turrets mounted on the top of it to spray containment foam.
The PRT can also carry grenade launchers that can carry specialized load outs and shells, some carrying containment foam.
Structure:
Local Parahuman Response Team Directors usually have a say in the decisions that the Protectorate make as well as the equipment, locations, and funds available to them.
