Riley is a member of the Slaughterhouse Nine.

Background:

Riley joined the Slaughterhouse Nine after they killed her entire family and had her revive them, only to do it again over and over until she broke mentally.

Personality:

Childish but corrupt. She has no reservations about forcing people to do things they don't want to do if it makes her feel as though it works to her benefit. She has no aversion to killing, and even giggles and smiles in excitement when Panacea disables her creations.

Appearance:

Riley is described as a young girl with blond hair curled in ringlets, with her dress often stained by blood.

She also usually carries on her a dress a full kit of surgical tools such as scalpels.

Abilities and Powers:

Riley is a Tinker who specializes in organic beings. She is capable of doing incredible surgeries, and can even bring back the dead if their body is intact, but is completely amoral and sees people mainly as toys for her amusement.
