Fortuna is a member of Cauldron.
Background:
Fortuna accidentally received a critical shard from the second entity as it impacted her Earth, along with a vision of the entity's plan to put a whole world in perpetual conflict to help its powers mature and then consume it and all parallel worlds to continue its reproductive cycle. Using the power granted by the shard she began going through the complex motions required to ensure the death of the entity. Its corpse was harvested by Cauldron for powers. Fortuna joined them, taking the name Contessa.
Personality:
[Coming Soon]
Appearance:
Contessa is described as an attractive woman of Italian descent around Danny Hebert's age with slightly longer than shoulder-length black hair between wavy and curly. Her outfit consists mainly of black suits tailor-made to fit her body.
Abilities and Powers:
Contessa's power supplies her with whatever steps she needs to take at the task she is visualizing whether its combat, psychological manipulation, or Cauldron's long-term plans. Unusually enough she lacks the common Thinker weakness of being cancelled out by other Thinkers. Certain beings such as Scion and Endbringers are immune to her ability, but even then she can still predict their actions by considering the situation as a hypothetical, though it is possible for them to surprise her.
She is so feared by other capes despite not even knowing her name that she's referred to simply as "her". When Weaver asks Prefab her classification, she's simply told, "Thinker. Don't worry about the number. Just run."
