As a STEM student, and having an interest in special and practical effects used in movies, they; like Taylor; considered how best to use their abilities. In this case recycling military surplus smoke canisters filling them with 'their' smoke (or useful precursor materials) giving them more smoke to work with.

Grew up in or moved to the Bible belt, in a town that had fights between an incompetent members of a nascent Haven and the ever annoying Fallen. While obviously a hero they crafted their identity to annoy both groups. They shout 'satanic' catch phrases and profess interest in all the things hated by hard-line religious groups, while harassing and capturing members of the Fallen. <!--not matter what sort of 'truce' they fall under, age at time of trigger? joins the wards at any point?-->

Later joins The Protectorate, gets their name changed to Panic or Pan for short. Uses their position to teach sex-ed and free thinking philosophy at school assemblies in the Bible Belt. By the time Worm roles around has been dead or retired for some time, Simurgh most likely. Obviously inspired Satyr\ical, as well as other heroes, even if they joined Haven.

Welcome to the Worm Wiki sandbox!
This page exists so that you can practice editing or formatting (see Help:Editing) without changing any serious content. Feel free to try wiki editing out here first.
There is a tutorial on the Central (coordinating) Wikia that will step you through more of the things you can do. Wiki allow for rather complicated formatting. It can look overwhelming when you begin, but don't let it worry you. Just start with the basics... enter some text, and learn the other pieces as you go. Your content contributions are welcome and important. The wiki is a collaborative effort and others can help with formatting and other improvements.
Best wishes!

trigger/irony

Grandparent triggered thinking of a way to help their grand-babies, develops prosopagnosia due to their tinker/thinker Tecton/Accord-like abilites. Can become more 'powerful'(cool down time goes down?) through 'multiple triggers'(something else entirly) but losses even more human social ability and similar as a result. For example genders get harder and harder to differentiate.

the muscle

a Trumps Trump, can you have a trump 0?
To every thing away, possible cape name:Entelechy the Dividual
or even more away an alternate name: Paragon the Future Guy/Girl Ellis's Midnighter/Morrison's Fantomax/Cassandra Cain/Marvel's Echo, Taskmaster, and Finesse, could you sound like a nonative speaker in every spoken language?
Hmmm Muscle Hypertrophy dense muscles dense bones, testosterone related healing or just see here
secondary/combat nervous system the tertiary for emergencies
Given Taylor Hebert's experience would a next-gen morality system be a 'power'?

scary lady

Questions that guided creation of this character

Why are there some people in worm who think stuff capes can do is magic? Are they able to point to specific examples beyond Myrddin and The Adepts?
&
What type of character would people like Sarah, Taylor, and maybe even Jacob, legitimately fear meeting?

Now after that fun mission statement let's see how badly I can fail! Retro-cognizant Cape, (past sight) that can reconstruct a dead persons personality well enough to use them for advisement and insight. Is any 'secret' safe?

Ideas on powers

Now some interesting ideas on Tulpa's, basically psychologically constructed models of actual people. What you would get with anyone you know well enough through interaction or reading their writings. But when you throw shards into the mix what do you think could happen? She likely has an upward limit (three pops up a lot in religion, but what of seven or even triple digits?) that this women can construct before resources are strained. Now is her power exclusively focused on people, or could it be used to see what happened over a fixed time in a given area, or is that to powerful? Likely able to do more with a second trigger, but return to that later.

Possible Surnames include Shepherd, Shepard, Sheppard, Shephard and Shepperd. Will need to looked for Dominican and Haitian equivalent.

Mechanism: cloudy indistinct "force-fields" nothing straight and neat but able to use it for sensory input, unrestricted by sight. Thus could stand over any (earth/water/sky/fire) burial site and use this field to enclose necessary remains and start the modeling process to 'make' the ghost. Is not a completely accurate (60-80%)modeling only catches actions and not the thoughts in the persons head, best with extroverts.

Limits: Another idea is if her abilities could shield a living person from the Simurgh's 'scanning' and help prevent conversion into one of the endbringers guided missiles, likely led a bad life for a while due to preemptive attacks on Ziz's part. From what I see on reddit someone else already made a character who can talk with ghosts. Mix it up with the ability to see what occurred in the past?

Could implant a tulpa into others? A murderer would truly know her victim.

Personality/trigger

The loss of entire family of really intelligent people, not there herself but learned about it afterward.

Scholer? traditional and conservative concerned with peoples actions more then thoughts in their head, 'Builder' conservative custodial nature if that does not make her to cliched.

How much is already there or how much is it the trigger event? Could she have devolved into some form of cult leader before surviving a second trigger event and near death experience. Only the intervention of this group saves her, turns her to slightly more positive pursuits.

While looking for a good name I came across this Las Brujas (the witches), now I am wondering how much to adopt wholesale and how much to be influenced by it.

the transport

I think I will name it the good ship Commorancy and use it to answer how twisted can humans become with the right triggers? Inspirations include: The Authority Carrier (and derivatives)/ Neth the plane that lives/the girl who was a building seen in Franken Fran (I think it was 26).

Orbits in high earth atmo(Earth alph ISS speed) due to shard limits, looking for trump to remove this limit so it can explore the solar system. Used the services(over the hone consultation) of Alan Gramme so that (s\he/it) could survive, needed another tinker who could (replicate\add to) his work to thrive. Commorancy is a cyborg with fungal enhancements(making it easier to eat), allows for full body control where whatever power that keeps (s\he/it) alive does not help.

Only a small portal invisible to the naked eye (but not heat sensors) the rest is tucked into a pocket dimension. Roughly the interior space size of a high-school gym, divvied up into rooms. Ever seen the statistics of how far your digestive track, circulatory system, and nervous system can stretch? (look up these statistics) The spread out processes keeps the area reasonably warm while the interior is usually flowery and sweet smelling, diabetic coma perhaps?

Probably can absorb and digest lifeforms and use abilities parahumans it has 'eaten' (think The Sarlacc of Star Wars EU and Father from animorphs), can only communicate through feelings, needs an empath. Is still highly intelligent but can not communicate normally. Myrddin, Labyrinth, Barrow could likely and even accidentally kill the Commorancy, the pocket dimension has tweaked physics to keep the organism alive.

trigger

With the cold war fizzing and new frontiers opening what happened to the old Russian science cities? Would they be reactivated to study superpowers? Counter measures employed to keep from snooping would not let anyone know what was birthed in in these things.

Anyway can transport people by putting objects in the 'foyer' in a compressed space time field anti-bubble(normal space inside and out 'distorted|warped' space 'field|barrier') and then 'shoots' said anti-bubble at destination, 'recall' is inversion based around smash-able object. It can be breached but this does not usually harm occupants ('borrowed' power?). Power is meant to be unusual as the usual factors for negating teleporters do not necessarily apply. no kinetic bombardment, to easy and already been done.

Some form of multi-sensory ability to allow for precise aiming, possibly precognitive modeling and to cause some form of fuzziness where other precognatives are concerned.(another 'borrowed' power?)

more features

in an effort to bring more superhero cliches into worm or earth He

"I have been chased by gorilla fighters I know how to lose a tail" "I think you mean guerrilla, your accent is a bit difficult" "No s/he means Gorilla" In 1989 a super-pedagogue set up an semi-independent African nation composed of gorillas, super-liberal multi-sign-language using gorilla commandos 20 years later.

Emergence of superpowers allows for the independence of Tibet with 'secret' parahuman refuges(especially tinkers) being made throughout the mountainous region, how much does cauldron know? Likely helped set up then turned on when recruits were needed, relations likely soured. Disruptions like these is one of the reasons for the CUI forming in the first place. hey look what I found

other stuff

Look up the Bogatyri they were used for story by Marvel so there may be complications, luckily there are so many different anglicizations. Also what about that Russian guy in Dragonslayers, is that name related to these guys?

Check Wikipedia for below

Iram of the pillars

Atlantis of the sands

Antagonist Proposals

Silly star schmucks

Wildbow apparently brought up these guys before. Sovereign Citizens taking their cape names from old patriotic superheroes, I wonder if they know anything about the flag code, regardless I do suggest using the costumes as inspiration.

Patriotic Capes

Alternatively you could go The Fallen route, making them a family of patriotic immigrant haters

Spliter the Hollow Man

Influences: public domain captain marvel/one piece:captain buggy/Marvel:Weapon III:Skinless Man. Name taken from an invisible man modernization film(uber creepy). Variant on Subject 3016's vial.

Enforcer for Cauldron; they wiped his mind so he was actually useful; was originally a bodybuilder(never used steroids oddly enough) and narcissist vial exacerbated into sadism. Could have pass phrases/objects that forcibly composes him into a single body.

Has roughly the same range as William Manton had, but lacks Taylor's multitasking ability so he moves his parts best around a set amount of focal points, the fewer points there are the farther they can move.

Has a case that he keeps his inner organs and brain while on mission, needs to keep within range and counts as the start of his focal points. As a cauldron cape he is naturally tough, able to heal vary quickly from anything excepting burns and acids. Likely dead and/or gone by story start, even cauldron has limits.

Mandala

Called Manny for short, Tinker 1 with a sub rating of Stranger/Master 4. A pattern tinker who uses optical illusions, various sonic effects(brown notes and similar), and other fiddling with the senses to infiltrate and irritate their foes. Possible Thinker rating as they can easily pick up other languages and are largely immune to their own patterns. The Monarch of Escalation who can weaponize the autonomous sensory meridian response among other effects. Futurist who detests the world as it is, and the people that let it happen.

Tinker-tech costume is essentially a body stocking that turns them into a silhouette with seemingly visible eyes, a pattern constantly runs on the surface that most humans and parahumans can't really 'register'. They would know where Manny is but have a peculiar double vision effect with multiple images of Manny overlaid on the area. More advanced versions can have other patterns for differing effects and the exo suit enhancements other tinkers use. Meta materials nestled in his eyes blind spot can laser etch patterns into the retna's of those he makes eye contact with.

Offensively Manny has a peculiar tinker-tech gun whose strobe patterns cause seizures and memory loss to most people who view it. Can create beacons that unleash different sonic effects. And like Armsmaster can scan and replicate the effects of parahuman powers like a certain gold coin villain.

Obviously some of the neurodiverse and those whose shards effect their minds would be resilient or at least require study before counter measures are implemented.
