Combat applications
Let us not just focus on the beneficial application of this power but also what it can be used to fight opponents. Even as a second-gen trigger funny guy needs real conflict. I would point to the voice in the night which was the inspiration for Motango and other monster mushroom movies. Evidence points to it not having inspired that game where Cordyceps, fast acting enough to overcome the human immune system, almost causes human extinction. You now the game i am talking about, what I am proposing is that Funny Guy uses a highly re-engineered version of Cordyceps and similar (there is Stachybotrys A damaging house mold) as a deterrent against people coming after them or their friends because they could have a timed release of this thing only waiting to bloom. Can create various (Saprotrophic nutrition forms of acid) tailor-made to eat certain materials to remove otherwise unusable waste.
Side note: Cordyceps actually has its own parasite that inhibits it's ability to spawn. Now after that fun mission statement let's see how badly I can fail! Retro-cognizant Cape, (past sight) that can reconstruct a dead persons personality well enough to use them for advisement and insight. Is any 'secret' safe?
Ideas on powers
Now some interesting ideas on Tulpa's, basically psychologically constructed models of actual people. What you would get with anyone you know well enough through interaction or reading their writings. But when you throw shards into the mix what do you think could happen? She likely has an upward limit (three pops up a lot in religion, but what of seven or even triple digits?) that this women can construct before resources are strained. Now is her power exclusively focused on people, or could it be used to see what happened over a fixed time in a given area, or is that to powerful? Likely able to do more with a second trigger, but return to that later.
Mechanism: cloudy indistinct "force-fields" nothing straight and neat but able to use it for sensory input, unrestricted by sight. Thus could stand over any (earth/water/sky/fire) burial site and use this field to enclose necessary remains and start the modeling process to 'make' the ghost. Is not a completely accurate (60-80%)modeling only catches actions and not the thoughts in the persons head, best with extroverts.
Limits: Another idea is if her abilities could shield a living person from the Simurgh's 'scanning' and help prevent conversion into one of the endbringers guided missiles, likely led a bad life for a while due to preemptive attacks on Ziz's part. From what I see on reddit someone else already made a character who can talk with ghosts. Mix it up with the ability to see what occurred in the past?

Personality/trigger
The loss of entire family of really intelligent people, not there herself but learned about it afterward.

How much is already there or how much is it the trigger event? Could she have devolved into some form of cult leader before surviving a second trigger event and near death experience. Only the intervention of this group saves her, turns her to slightly more positive pursuits.

Only a small portal invisible to the naked eye (but not heat sensors) the rest is tucked into a pocket dimension. Roughly the interior space size of a high-school gym, divvied up into rooms. Ever seen the statistics of how far your digestive track, circulatory system, and nervous system can stretch? (look up these statistics) The spread out processes keeps the area reasonably warm while the interior is usually flowery and sweet smelling, diabetic coma perhaps?
Probably can absorb and digest lifeforms and use abilities parahumans it has 'eaten' (think The Sarlacc of Star Wars EU and Father from animorphs), can only communicate through feelings, needs an empath. Is still highly intelligent but can not communicate normally. Myrddin, Labyrinth, Barrow could likely and even accidentally kill the Commorancy, the pocket dimension has tweaked physics to keep the organism alive.

With the cold war fizzing and new frontiers opening what happened to the old Russian science cities? Would they be reactivated to study superpowers? Counter measures employed to keep from snooping would not let anyone know what was birthed in in these things.
Anyway can transport people by putting objects in the 'foyer' in a compressed space time field anti-bubble(normal space inside and out 'distorted|warped' space 'field|barrier') and then 'shoots' said anti-bubble at destination, 'recall' is inversion based around smash-able object. It can be breached but this does not usually harm occupants ('borrowed' power?). Power is meant to be unusual as the usual factors for negating teleporters do not necessarily apply. no kinetic bombardment, to easy and already been done.
Some form of multi-sensory ability to allow for precise aiming, possibly precognitive modeling and to cause some form of fuzziness where other precognatives are concerned.(another 'borrowed' power?)

Spliter the Hollow Man
Influences: public domain captain marvel/one piece:captain buggy/Marvel:Weapon III:Skinless Man. Name taken from an invisible man modernization film(uber creepy). Variant on Subject 3016's vial.
Enforcer for Cauldron; they wiped his mind so he was actually useful; was originally a bodybuilder(never used steroids oddly enough) and narcissist vial exacerbated into sadism. Could have pass phrases/objects that forcibly composes him into a single body.
Has roughly the same range as William Manton had, but lacks Taylor's multitasking ability so he moves his parts best around a set amount of focal points, the fewer points there are the farther they can move.
Has a case that he keeps his inner organs and brain while on mission, needs to keep within range and counts as the start of his focal points. As a cauldron cape he is naturally tough, able to heal vary quickly from anything excepting burns and acids. Likely dead and/or gone by story start, even cauldron has limits.
Mandala
Called Manny for short, Tinker 1 with a sub rating of Stranger/Master 4. A pattern tinker who uses optical illusions, various sonic effects(brown notes and similar), and other fiddling with the senses to infiltrate and irritate their foes. Possible Thinker rating as they can easily pick up other languages. The Monarch of Escalation who can weaponize the Autonomous sensory meridian response among other effects. Futurist who detests the world as it is, and the people that let it happen.
Tinker-tech costume is essentially body stocking that turns them into a silhouette with a pattern constantly running on the surface that most humans and parahumans can't really 'register'. They would know where Manny is but have a peculiar double vision effect with multible images of Manny overlaid on the area. More advanced versions can have other patterns for differing effects and exo suit enhancements other tinkers use.
Offensively Manny has a peculiar tinker-[pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/File:Phantomladyajax.jpg tech gun] whose strobe patterns cause seizures and memory loss to most people who view it. Can create beacons that unleash different sonic effects.
Obviously some of the neurodiverse and those whose shards effect their minds would be resilient or at least require study before counter measures are implemented.

Triggered after to many sci-fi novels expanded their view point causing an existential crisis. Gentlemen type tinker? Shard is essentially the entities own pattern recognition ability with catalog of interesting patterns.

Looking into what powers can do, how positive a persons life can be while still being screwed up, I wonder if I need to work in more irony?#rambling.
Baphomet
Baphomet-A bud shard of the smokey bandit guy,<ref>https://forums.spacebattles.com/posts/15026703/</ref> converts controlled smoke/soot into 'their' smoke(divergent molecular structure?) and can manipulate and sense things through it, has a finite amount that will dissipate over time. When in smoke can use it to travel at higher speeds, like how apparition was handled in the Harry Potter movies. Perhaps they can squeeze through smaller spaces then their mass should allow, or use slimier effect to cloak self and distort their body shape(that last one should only be learned and used after LOTS of experience). As a STEM student, and having an interest in special and practical effects used in movies, they; like Taylor; considered how best to use their abilities. In this case recycling military surplus smoke canisters filling them with 'their' smoke (or useful precursor materials) giving them more smoke to work with.
Grew up in or moved to the Bible belt, in a town that had fights between an incompetent members of a nascent Haven and the ever annoying Fallen. While obviously a hero they crafted their identity to annoy both groups. They shout 'satanic' catch phrases and profess interest in all the things hated by hard-line religious groups, while harassing and capturing members of the Fallen.
Later joins The Protectorate, gets their name changed to Panic or Pan for short. Uses their position to teach sex-ed and free thinking philosophy at school assemblies in the Bible Belt. By the time Worm roles around has been dead or retired for some time, Simurgh most likely. Obviously inspired Satyr\ical, as well as other heroes, even if they joined Haven.
Some fun points
- IIRC: Baphomet was part of a smear campaign by the French king against the Knights Templar, an attempt to seize the order's assets by claiming that they were devil worshipers. Has numerous spelling and pronunciations.
- IIRC: 19th century England writers used the Greek god Pan when talking about nature and similar almost creating a genre. I also recommend looking up the celtic Nodens, the horror book The Great God Pan, and the Dunwhich Horror, I can not recommend Steven King's N as I have not myself read it but it is supposedly good.
- IIRC: While in America at the same time nonsense words were coming into vogue, words like discombobulate, absquatulate, bloviate, sockdolager, hornswoggle and rambunctious. When they change their identity to Pan/ic, such words become cornerstones of their vocabulary, they find them hilarious. The rest of the in-costume persona echoes Ned Flanders of the Simpsons for increased ridiculousness.
- Identifying gender of protagonist was deliberately avoided, a potential player should be able to make up their own mind. Also basically shares the agenda of the satanic temple before it was cool.
- Possibly triggered in a fire almost dying from smoke inhalation, now pyrophobic? Orphaned living with previously estranged family members? hmm has almost a second inverse personality as a cape(see above) slimier to the spider-men, and he continually clocks himself misdirection and subterfuge to keep others from ever getting to know the real them. the smoke abilities assists and accelerates this confusion, a possible second trigger would be realizing this.
- 'Inspired' to join endbringer fights do to a haven cape they had an antagonistic relationship with going, feeling it to be a religious calling, and dying there. Guilt and shame up the wazoo, made worse that the cape is not even remembered in a few months.
- Note: did not say the smoke\soot stays or is even fixed black in color, or that the cape can or cannot manipulate it's density. Also must acknowledge and distance self from the influence of InFAMOUS: Second Son.
- Finally this is likely to never see the light of day given prohibitions on religion in weaver dice.

Ronin 8
The name ronin 8 needs to change but for now is adequate place holder.
Remember all those antagonists from super sentai shows? In Worm they would be case 53's, and they would look the way they do all the time. They would have to go through their lives with the stigma of being hated monsters, in a country that can be a bit xenophobic this can be dangerous. Can you imagine the stigma these people have to endure just to prop up the super-hero population.
Background
Hails from the same feudal earth as shamrock but during an earlier cauldron collection program, likely saved from dying and given formula. While initially fine with no mutations, an enhanced physique even, training revealed an ability to adapt to different energy types like EM radiation (parahumans generated or not) and gradually build up a resistance to it. This reset after a certain amount of time usually with each sleep cycle but he could still 'learn' it. Primed to join sentai elite or similar, an overload of energy pushed his limits and almost killed him. He healed but was now producing a slime that hardened into a semi-porous calcium layer with more slime coming out and hardening in turn with each sleep cycle. This new exoskeleton got him booted into the nemesis program to be set against promising members of the sentai elite.
No one else noticed that his original power evolved as well, now able to 'catch' and return most forms of energy in various configurations that the original creator could not control( could likely disrupt EM communications through the same mechanism).
He himself forgot this after his visit with the Slug, only remembering his resentment toward his lost opportunity to join the Sentai elite. This in combination with his version of the Nemesis programming led to him gaining a reputation as an unusually vindictive and persistent monster, enough to be something of a mainstay but usually not an active threat needing a kill order or equivalent. Walked away when he could have killed a sentai.
moving
Moved before leviathan visited japan but could have been part of any unrest that made the aberration visit in the first place. Used his savings to get himself and his new assistant (like gregor the snail had) to Mexico. Now in the west coast area of the United States and noticeably calmer without having his programming constantly being tripped or the object of his ire available. Looking into investigating the source of that.
At roughly the threat level of Triumph or Battery or Madcap he was headhunted by the Elite as a kind of Enforcer. He sees it as master samurai relationship not unlike what existed during his forgotten youth. Has some new ill defined 'code of honor' that guides his new life as a semi-independent contractor, along with his almost berserker-like reputation from japan. With his first assistant expecting her first child (2007?) her duties have fallen to her husband, who manages his pit crew appointments/medical checkups and loaded with the services that number man provides. Often paid to test Elite-backed corporate cape teams, fairs rather well and broken out if he isever actually captured.
Likely died at a behemoth fight or afterward, behemoth told his siblings about a certain annoying cape and you can guess the rest...
appearance and personality
a hairless Project Graham with different skin color and an exoskeleton. First adaptation took away most facial muscles still can talk with lips and working jaw but can not make any expressions, this hurts most social interaction. Seven foot or taller. Highly private outside a few individuals, his assistant did much of the research on how to better apply his power predating fautline but deliberately avoided any chance to get powers of her own.
Needs a pit crew for regular maintenance of his exoskeleton, the slime repairs most damage but it still needs to be filled, sharpened, and shaped to fit themes, otherwise he might not be able to move after a point. Has to suppress his abilities during procedure otherwise he would absorb the kinetic energy, likely encumbered and slower moving even with enhancements. Panels torn off are regrown easily but they still take over a week to fully grown in and harden, separated parts do not decay has been known to keep sections of armor around to put in place in an emergency. Has various flashy themed sets painted diffrent colors, and an all-business tank like armor all shaped corners and chemically treated against the usual chemical tricks to degrade his armor. Used slime to make an kanabō he can use his powers with, and a Dacian falx when he is being serious like collecting bounties. Needs a special set up to go to the bathroom, think Rhino from The Shocker Legit; had to get surgery for that to even work, you do not always regenerate the way you want to. Usually wears shorts and a spray on adhesive that clings to his already thick skin and matches the color of shorts, utility compartment disguised as part of his exoskeleton makes up the back, allows him to keep essentials hidden away.
Speaks Japanese with what Earth Bet speakers hear as an atrocious accent, conversant enough in English, which he recently learned(when was teacher birdcaged? Do he have some help?) also Russian but this is rusty as he wasn't consciously aware he spoke it until a happy accident involving Russian kleptocrats and anti-tank weaponry. Shard, rating and power interactions
Ronin's shard fragment is essentially what the entities use when they wanted to do analysis and test new forms of energy, as such Ronin 8 can 'taste' and identify types of energy and tell if certain types are related(learned skill/milestone: could tell that lady photon and laserdream or glory girl and manpower are related) and manipulate properties to change the energy. The armor and faulty regeneration are at a guess a combination of deviant mutation, inadequate 'human' factor, and the adaptive nature of the manipulation shard. Could gain other physical adaptions but it does not have the blueprint nature of crawlers, generally more inconvenienced by it to the point of life threatening. Straight up Brute with sub ratings in Blaster and Trump, not really a trump as he does not interact with shards but his dynakinetic abilities do allow him to interfere with the effects.
Likely could not deal with legends trickier lasers. Both marquis and panacea could easily defeat him if they can touch him that is. learned skill/milestone: Cannot absorb energy easily can have it circle him in a nimbus that protects him and allows him to redirect it in blasts, against Behemoth he could be a nuisance, a temporary nuisance soon to be dead but a nuisance all the same.
