Appearance

Sere's costume consists of white desert-tribal style robes with fine patterning on them. Along with a matching white mask stylized as an completely featureless plate, with light blue lenses over the eyes. He is surrounded by a pale nimbus of mist that he draws out with his power.<ref>Chrysalis 20.2</ref>

Abilties and Powers

Sere has the ability to draw in moisture from his environment, even through forcefields and armor. This limited hydrokinesis, effectively targeted dehydration, made him dangerous to Taylor's swarm. Can do so in a long tight cone or a larger field,<ref>Chrysalis 20.4</ref> he can keep this moisture around him.

History

Trivia

Sere is an old english word for dry or withered, a homonym for sear which it shares a meaning with. no relation to the word serenity.
