He thought he would be able to deal with the damage that glory girl's projection ability was doing to to her sister Panacea.^{[citation needed]}

Personality

Gallant was Glory Girl’s on and off boyfriend. He pretended to be a tinker in public by wearing secondhand power armor.

Appearence & Equipment

As Gallant, Dean wears a silver and gunmetal suit of power armor that was created and maintained by Kid Win.<ref>Drone 23.5</ref>

Abilities and Powers

Dean is an empathic cape capable of generating concussive blasts of energy that can alter emotions in addition to packing a punch. He is capable of inflicting specific emotions on his opponents with these blasts. The effect is randomized when used on people like Bitch.

Dean is also capable of sensing the emotions of those around himself, though he seems to have issues distinguishing betwwenthem ^{[citation needed]}
