They shared Circus' memories, but, like all Echidna clones, felt a driving desire to destroy everything their original cared about.

Appearance

One Carnie is described as disproportional and thin, with a hunched back. They used their knuckles to walk.<ref>And they weren’t all Vistas. I noted the presence of what had to be a Circus, disproportionate and thin, with a hunched back, using her knuckles to walk. - Excerpt from Queen 18.7</ref> Another had ulcerous growths all over their body.<ref>Noelle, I realized, was vomiting from one of the three mouths on her lower body. Abilities and Powers

All Carnies have the same abilities as the original Circus, or variations thereof. One Carnie showcased the ability to suck air into their pocket dimension, creating a vacuum and dragging flying capes toward it.<ref>A Circus emerged beneath the flying heroes, cradling a shattered arm. Bugs began drifting toward her, as if a strong wind were pulling them in. The normal Circus packed a pocket dimension she could put things into. This one was only storing air, forming a strong vacuum around herself. Chronicler’s cloud dissipated as it was sucked in, and the heroes with weaker flying abilities were swiftly being dragged her way. Regent hit her with his power, and the effect slowed, but she recovered faster than the fliers did. - Excerpt from Queen 18.8</ref> The same clone also showcased the ability to light an entire person on fire just by touching them.<ref>The Circus, for her part, had used her pocket-dimension vacuum to draw one of the fliers close enough to get her hands on him. The hero, Intrepid or Strapping Lad, was set aflame from head to toe, his costume ignited in entirety. History

Post-Slaughterhouse Nine

Circus was captured by Echidna along with Uber and Leet during her search for independent capes. During the initial confrontation between Echidna and the heroes, Echidna employed multiple Carnies along with Pwns, Unters and Scapes.

It is assumed that they were all killed during or after the Battle against Echidna.

Trivia

Circus is only named in the tags of the chapters they appear in.
The word carnie is an informal term used in North America for a traveling carnival employee. It is sometimes used derogatorily.
