They shared his memories, but, like all Echidna clones, felt a driving desire to destroy everything their original cared about.
Personality[edit]
Viziers are reluctantly obedient to Noelle and seem to care more about themselves. Noelle had to yell at a Vizier to make him obey.<ref name="reluctant"/>
Appearance[edit]
One Vizier was half-formed, with one arm missing and undeveloped facial features resembling that of a fetus.<ref>Noelle turned her head, saw Regent. Her Regent. He was only half-formed, one arm missing, the features of his face more like a fetus than a teenage boy. - Excerpt from Interlude 18</ref>
Another Vizier was deformed and had more muscle than his frame could handle, which stretched his skin comically tight. The deformation extended to the inside of his mouth, causing him to talk as if his tongue was too large for his mouth.<ref>Her Regent said something she couldn’t make out. He talked as though his tongue was too large for his mouth. He had more muscle than fit on his frame, stretching his skin almost comically tight. Abilities and Powers[edit]
Viziers presumably had powers similar to Regent, possibly with some variations.

Post-Slaughterhouse Nine[edit]
During Echidna's first fight against the heroes, Trickster turned on the heroes and teleported Regent into Echidna's range, allowing her to capture him.<ref>I could sense Regent appearing nearby. Noelle turned to face him. He didn’t fight, didn’t try to run. He said something, but I couldn’t make out the words, couldn’t hear them with the dark, hot, rancid-smelling flesh that had enveloped me. - Excerpt from Queen 18.8</ref> Echidna then created multiple Viziers, employing them during her attack on Coil's base. One Vizier attempted to make Tattletale shoot herself with her own gun, though she dropped the gun before it could happen.<ref>Regent whipped his head up in Tattletale’s direction, and she dropped her gun. As her good hand snapped up to her throat, gripping it, it became apparent that dropping the gun had been quite intentional. If she’d been holding it- - Excerpt from Scourge 19.1</ref> Echidna sent this same Vizier to Shatterbird's soundproof cell in an attempt to gain control of her,<ref name="reluctant">“Regent,” Noelle gasped out the word. She was far bigger than she had been before. “Come.”
Regent hesitated, gave her a sidelong glance.
“Come!” she roared.
He reluctantly obeyed. She raised one massive limb, slammed it into the wall where the walkway had once been attached. The mutant Regent clambered up her arm to the doorway.
That would be the doorway that leads to the corridor with the cells.
The same cells where Shatterbird was in sound proof containment. - Excerpt from Scourge 19.1</ref> though this was later shown to backfire when Shatterbird killed the Vizier and emerged from her cell, free.<ref>Shatterbird appeared in the doorway at the end of the tunnel. She was holding the Regent-clone by the throat. She pushed him forward and let his limp body fall. It landed in the heaping mass of Noelle’s flesh. - Excerpt from Scourge 19.1</ref>
It is assumed that they were all killed during or after the Battle against Echidna.
