Simplly speculation, here, but I think Narwhal is a shaker.  Higher level, like 7-8, but not heigher than 9, since she isn't exactly considered as especially dangerous.  But it's completely possible that she's higher level, because of how sharp her shards are and how she can supposedly bypass the manton effect.

I think she's a shaker because shakers are listed as most commonly having forcefeilds, even if they usually effect broader areas.  I think she migth have a blaster capability, also, but I dunno.
