Yosef was a soldier, and fought back against parahuman reign when Goddess arrived on Earth Shin.

Post-Time Bubble Pop[edit]

Yosef represented his group in a meeting between Earth Shin and Earth Gimel. He had a strong hand in having the members of Breakthrough, Vista, and Golem put into a Shin prison.
