Blinding 11.4 is the fifth chapter of Blinding. Antares, Rain, and Foil meet with heroes, Weld asks Vicky for relationship advice, Imp spies on Mayor Wynn, and the teams learn about the new Cauldron and agree to hit March and Rain’s cluster.
