Breaking 14.2 is the second chapter of Breaking. The hero teams who know of Teacher’s plan meet, they get assignments. Breakthrough watches a bookstore and Swansong decides they should step in. Arguments with Gary Nieves and friends, and Rain claims to agree with them.
