Explosions and shoots ring out as an insurgent group assaults the portal. On duty heroes jump into action and civilians are caught in between. [[Dragon]] and [[Defiant]] arrive and intervene to help. | |||

Later Nieves meets with Erwin Daeyoung a korean man, and former Public representative. He outlines the history of Wynn and talks about all the things that could go wrong under her leadership. Gary is skeptical but Erwin tries to assuage him with a strategy that could help Gary get back in the mayoral race. Erwin shares a database of 'victims' of parahumans.
