This chapter begins immediately after the [[The Undersiders|Undersiders]] and the [[The Travelers|Travelers]] rescue [[Brian Laborn|Grue]] from the [[Slaughterhouse Nine]].
 
[[Taylor Hebert|Taylor]] calls her contact in [[Coil's Organization|Coil's organization]], getting a replacement prescription and dictates a message to send to the heroes about the state of the Slaughterhouse Nine.
 
The main event which occurs is a conversation between Taylor and Brian; they argue about the way Taylor handled rescuing Brian and about Taylor's planning style as a whole. Taylor accepts at least part of the blame for Brian being captured, and is leaving to go back to her territory before Brian admits having feelings for her.
 
They spend the night watching tv.
